The S2040 is a USB-connected model which deliver rated speeds between at 40 per minute (ppm). The scanner is compact, powerful, and easy to use with a robust feeding system that efficiently handles a wide range of media. Three optional flatbed accessories can be integrated with the scanners for increased versatility and productivity. he ALARIS S2040 is capable of handling an average of up to 5000 pages per day, due to its throughput speed of 40 ppm, its ADF capacity of 80 A4 sheets. To have a secure documenthandling the scann is equiped with a ultrasonic-multifeed dectection and integrated document jogger.
